We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Tech Lead to take ownership of our data architecture and lead a team in delivering high-impact data solutions. As a Data Tech Lead, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing our data ecosystem. Are you up for this new challenge?

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the evolution of our technical ecosystem.

As Data Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data solutions using technologies like Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Guide the data team in implementing best practices for data engineering, pipelines, and workflows.
• Oversee the adoption and maintenance of containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage version control and deployment pipelines using Git, ensuring smooth collaboration and CI/CD practices.
• Monitor and optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Act as a mentor and technical resource for the data team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What skills and attitudes are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or tech lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft Data Platform (e.g., Power BI, Azure Data Factory).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes for version control, containerization, and orchestration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
