We are currently looking for an ELT Expert for our product department in our headquarters in Manresa (Barcelona), are you up for this new challenge?

You will be responsible for:

• Provide pedagogical criteria in the development of english learning content (activities for physical and digital materials, didactic sequences and lessons, etc.).
• Review didactic activities to ensure the quality of Kids&Us learning content.
• Be part of the development and continuous improvement of Kids&Us‘ own artificial intelligence system, focused on assessing students’ learning of English.
• Writing and reviewing instructions and prompts to train and improve the AI model of the Kids&Us digital experience.
• Monitor the assessment made by the AI system and re-evaluate student responses by providing ‘human’ pedagogical criteria when necessary.

What skills and attitudes are we looking for?

• Degree in the field of education and/or linguistics (English Studies, Translation and Interpretation, Pedagogy, Education Sciences, etc.).
• Experience as examiner (Cambridge, Trinity, etc.) and teacher.
• Spanish (B2) and english (C2).
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office.
