We are currently looking for an Academic Advisor for our headquarters in Manresa (Barcelona), are you up for this new challenge?

You will be responsible for:

• Accompany, advise and supervise the centres in the implementation of the pedagogical and academic management processes.
• To train the staff of the centres in the processes related to the area of academic management.
• To provide academic/pedagogical and academic management advice to the network of centres, either in person or remotely.
• To draw up action and monitoring plans to ensure the quality objectives established.
• Evaluate and report the results of supervision.
• Execute academic processes (evaluation, audits, etc.).
• Propose improvement actions in academic management processes with the aim of improving the efficiency of recurrent processes.

What skills and attitudes are we looking for?

• Degree in the field of Pedagogy, Education or similar.
• 2 years of experience as Academic Coordinator of an academic/educational centre.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (>50%) in order to advise schools in situ on academic processes.
• Spanish (B2) and english (C1).
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office.
