We are currently seeking a manager for our school in Prague. As a School Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth and success of our school in Prague.

We will provide you with all the necessary training tools to further develop your skills in sales, facility and personnel management, customer service, and financial aspects

Your role:

• Drive enrollment growth: Lead the commercial strategy to attract and retain families.
• Marketing & visibility: Drive local marketing, events, partnerships and social media presence.
• Lead management: Convert inquiries into enrollments and ensure an excellent customer journey.
• Business & operations: Be in charge of daily operations to guarantee academic and business excellence.
• Team leadership: Coach and inspire a high-performing and customer-focused team.
• Brand ambassador: Position Kids&Us as the top local reference in English learning for kids in your area.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in sales, marketing or business development, ideally in education, retail or services.
• Ability to manage a team and deliver both commercial and operational results.
• Hands-on, proactive and goal-oriented profile.
• Czech and English fluency.
• Based in Prague.
