We are looking for a Tweens&Teens Coordinator to join our school in Palma de Mallorca.

If you have experience as an academic coordinator or teacher in Kids&Us, you could be the person we are looking for!

As a Coordinator and English Teacher you will be responsible for:

• Follow up and guiding your teachers in class preparation, student evaluation and other events.
• Carrying out follow-up of the students (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
• Constant training to ensure excellence in your work.

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

What skills and attitudes are we looking for?

• You have an Advanced or Proficiency level of English (C1).
• You have previous experience at Kids&Us as a coordinator/teacher.
• You love being in contact with children and teenagers, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and seeing how they learn.
• You are a person with good communication and organizational skills.
• You like to learn new things every day.
