As the Academic Coordinator at our Vitoria school, you will:

• Lead and support the teaching team, ensuring the effective implementation of the Kids&Us methodology.
• Oversee academic planning, including class schedules, currivulum development, and resource allocation.
  
• Monitor student progress, conducting assessments and providing feedback to students and parents.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
• Collaborate with the School Director to align academic goals with school's vision and objectives.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Possess an Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Have experience in academic coordination or teaching, preferably within the Kids&Us framework.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Are passionate about working with children and committed to their educational development.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
