🚀 Your Role

As a School Manager - Marketing & Sales, you will be the driving force behind the growth and success of our new school in Warsaw:

• Drive enrollment growth: Lead the commercial strategy to attract and retain families through creative and data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Marketing & local visibility: Organize events, build partnerships with schools/institutions, manage social media, and increase brand awareness in the community.
• Lead management & sales follow-up: Proactively manage leads, convert inquiries into enrollments, and ensure an excellent customer journey.
• Business & operations management: Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring excellence in academic delivery and business performance.
• Team leadership: Inspire, coach, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, motivating, and customer-focused environment.
• Brand ambassador: Position Kids&Us as the trusted reference in English learning for kids in your area.

🎯 Your Profile

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in education, retail, or services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a team and deliver both commercial and operational results.
• Hands-on, proactive, and goal-oriented profile.
• Polish and English fluency.
