English Teacher Responsibilities – Inspire, Motivate, and Educate

• Deliver high-quality English lessons in accordance with the Kids&Us methodology to children of various age groups.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment based on immersion and hands-on activities.
• Monitor student progress and maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding achievements and areas for development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to organise educational events and support school-wide activities.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity and motivates children.
• Participate actively in initial and ongoing training sessions provided by Kids&Us.

English Teacher Profile – What We Are Looking For

• Native-level or advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1 required).
• Previous teaching experience with children, ideally in the field of English as a Foreign Language.
• Passion for education, creativity, and ability to engage young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Commitment to participating in ongoing professional development.
