As an Area Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and quality of Kids&Us centres in your territory. You will guide School Directors and their teams to improve results, enhance the family experience, and ensure an impeccable, human, and values-aligned operation.

Your role
- Support School Directors to enhance the comprehensive management of their centres, with a strong focus on growth, conversion, and customer experience.
- Visit centres regularly to identify opportunities, inspire and create teams, and foster operational and educational excellence.
- Analyse commercial and satisfaction KPIs to define and lead improvement plans.
- Assist in setting enrolment and re-enrolment targets and executing impactful local marketing actions.
- Identify strategic partnerships with schools, institutions, and key local stakeholders.
- Act as a mentor and reference for developing leadership across teams, with the goal to build strong cooperative team
- Ensure the right balance between commercial performance and educational experience.
- Represent the Kids&Us brand in your territory and maintain strong relationships with school directors
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulations.
- Improving sales funnel with the goal of ensuring the long term growth, both in acquisition and retention
