Your Mission

To contribute to the acquisition and loyalty of our clients by ensuring the excellent implementation of our academic processes and providing support in logistical, administrative, and commercial areas. All of this with the goal of accompanying our families on their journey toward learning English in the most effective and exciting way possible.

Your role

Academic Quality & Family Relations

Drive the excellent implementation of our academic processes, ensuring the highest quality standards are met and fostering relationships with families.

Academic Team Leadership

Coordinate the academic team by selecting and training the school's teachers, organizing and monitoring their activities, and resolving any pedagogical doubts that may arise.

Operations, Administration & Sales

Assist in logistical, administrative, and commercial processes, enhancing communication with families and facilitating client consultancy at all times.

Management Support

Provide support to the Center Director during peak periods.

As our teacher you’ll learn to:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.

• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.

• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.

• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method

• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

What you need

• Advanced or Proficiency in English (C1 or higher).

• Advanced or Proficiency level in Spanish & Catalan (C1 or higher).

• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Teaching experience.

• Well organized with good time management skills.

• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record (required by law for working with children in Spain).
