This role is key to making it happen.

Your mission

To grow Kids&Us in Poland by attracting and developing a strong network of franchisees who believe in education, impact, and long-term growth.

You will help build the market from the ground up — this is a challenge for someone who is ready to create, not just manage.

What you’ll do

• Drive expansion and identify new opportunities across Poland

• Attract and convert franchise partners

• Build a strong local network and market presence

• Lead the end-to-end franchise development process

• Act as a brand ambassador

We’re looking for someone who

• Loves networking and building relationships

• Is resilient and proactive (this is not an easy market build)

• Believes in education and purpose-driven projects

• Has experience in business development, sales or expansion

• Speaks English and Polish
